Can you print logos & photos on the wrappers?back to top
Yes, I can print images and logos, either as the main image on the front of the wrapper, or on the back. The customer is held fully responsible for ensuring there are no copyright violations as WrapperStar will not accept liability for any infringement. By sending me your image or photograph, you are acknowledging that you are the owner of the image, or have obtained permission from the copyright owner in written form, which permits WrapperStar to print it in accordance with your order.

Can I design my own wrapper / use my own artwork?back to top
Yes. If you are a graphic designer, artworker, or have created your own invitations electronically then I can supply dimensions for you to work with & then create a proof of your design for you. The customer is held fully responsible for ensuring there are no copyright violations with the artwork supplied.

Can I add a touch of sparkle?back to top
Of course! This is becoming increasing popular & can really enhance your design. Depending on the amount of additional work involved & the embellishments you would like to use I will quote accordingly; this is not included within my two-tier pricing system.

Do all bars have to be the same?back to top
No. They can be individually personalised (think place settings), though I can also individually personalise the back of each wrapper too. Ask about my ‘Menu’ bars ... depending on the amount of individual personalisation required I would quote accordingly.

Is there a minimum order quantity?back to top
NO. My only stipulation is that you order an EVEN number please (as I print 2 at a time).

How long does the process take?back to top
Typically the bars are finished within 5 days of the design being approved & full payment having been received. The creation of your design is the bit that can take the time as I create a couple of design ideas for you to consider. It will depend on the quantity that you order, but usually it’s 5 days.

Where can we see you in person?back to top
I can often be found at Wedding Fayres in Oxfordshire. Details of where I’ll be exhibiting will be on Twitter as well as on my ‘latest news’ section of the website. That way you can taste the chocolate & take a look at some of my finished favours.

Where & how do you deliver to? How much does delivery cost?back to top
Delivery wherever possible (& that is in the majority of cases) is by my local courier. That way you pay a flat fee for delivery which is not weight-dependent & I know that my chocolate bars will be looked after & delivered to you in perfect condition. All of this will be advised & an agreed delivery date discussed with you once your order is ready to be printed.
If you are local in Oxfordshire & would prefer to collect your finished chocolate bars from me in Witney, then you can save yourself any P&P charges. I will email directions to you, once your order is complete.

Do I need to pay a deposit?back to top
For Weddings & larger orders, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This is invoiced once your design has been created.

When should I order?back to top
The design can happen at any time in your wedding planning process. Ideally once you have your stationery confirmed then this is my starting point to be able to create something to match/complement.
Typically for a wedding I would suggest ordering about 6-8 weeks before your big day. I can of course turn orders around much quicker & have been known to come to the rescue a week before!
If you are having the bars individually personalised, then you won’t be able to confirm your order until all RSVPs have come back in & remember there will always be some stragglers you’ll need to chase up.
I will supply all necessary instructions to you to make the whole process as easy as possible; just leave it to me.

How do I make payment?back to top
You will receive an invoice by email which will contain details of how to make your payment. Electronic bank transfer, Cheque or Cash (if you’re local) are all accepted.

What shelf life does the chocolate have?back to top
Typically a minimum of 6 months when the chocolate reaches you. So you really don’t need to leave it til the last minute. You will also receive instructions to help you store the chocolate before your event to keep it in tip-top condition.

How do I place an order?back to top
The majority of the work I do is creating bespoke designs specifically for YOUR occasion/event. For that reason I do not have a 'shopping basket' facility on my website, it's all about the unique personal service that I provide, creating something specifically for YOU. To enquire or place an order it's all done via email. Please email me at with the following details or fill out our order form & I will be in touch with more specific & relevant information.
